I know this is a superficial way to categorize a hero, but it’s just so darn fun to recognize glasses as a little everyday accessory that add a bit of intelligence to any face (I say this as I wear them myself 😉 ). I’ve read quite a few of these and had forgotten some of the heroes were bespectacled! What a fun choice for this week. And these books feature some great men regardless of whether or not they wear glasses.
Aw, as someone who wears glasses, I appreciate this post! Also, I have Love At First at home, I need to read it.

What a fun theme for a list. I love it! My husband got Lasik a number of years ago, but he was, once upon a time, very much bespectacled 🙂 I’ve read VEILED IN SMOKE, although I don’t remember the hero having glasses (my memory is no beuno). I do remember the hero from THE LADY IN RESIDENCE, though, and he’s adorable!
