I know, I know. It’s January. But the joy of Christmas should be celebrated all year, right?! In that case, I’m featuring a mini review of fellow blogger friend, author, and indie-publisher Meghan M. Gorecki’s recent Christmas novella release, Wrapped in Red. Really, this story can be enjoyed any time of year, especially since its timeline swiftly covers the entire holiday season from Thanksgiving to the New Year.
I LOVED it! The story was cute, funny, and subtle in revealing the heart of the characters. It comes full circle to a place of healing, trust, and of the hope of love. In more than one way, Merry and Sam learn what it means to bravely risk your heart by stepping out in faith. I really liked the emphasis of family Meghan includes: its important dynamic along with the blessing of its support and haven.
